The new facility is optimizing customer support for their growing market. This growth is due to the customers trust in their ability to make processes reliable, safe, efficient and environmentally friendly.
Endress+Hauser’s dedication to its customers not only concentrates on manufacturing and R&D. The customer’s demand for higher productivity isn’t changing. Their customer training program recognizes the need to train the next generation of employees, due to the current trend of experienced workforces retiring. The Customer Center is suited to greet visitors with a top-notch certified training facility to address this complex problem. The multiple classrooms and its largest yet process training units (PTU).
They want to be close to their customers and provide the best possible support. Customers can send operators, maintenance personnel, engineers and other process people to Endress+Hauser’s new Customer Center to get hands-on, real-world application expertise.
The electrical scope included power, lighting, lighting controls, backup generator, fire alarm, sound, access control, voice, data, and building automation system. Our dedicated workforce was to meet the aggressive 10 month schedule by breaking down each system into 4 individual projects.
