Details: This existing 350,000 SF building had 120,000 SF of new additions and renovations. The additions were done to modernize the school and meet the 21st century educational needs. The renovations were done to include the reconfiguration of existing areas and to better accommodate existing and new uses.
As prime electrical contractor, we started out by providing a team of experienced electrical foreman to work with the substantial scope, quality control, budget, and schedule that began in January of 2009 and was completed March 2013. This project was led by a 25-year electrical foreman with large school construction experience. The systems crew was led by a 30- year foreman to concentrate on all of the fire alarm, sound, and other systems installations.
