James Babcock Electric is proud to announce the completion of Superior Lofts in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Located in historic downtown Ft. Wayne in the heart of the city’s riverfront development, this building was originally built in 1904 and now it is fully restored with 72 high-end apartments, 21,000 square feet of street-level retail space and climate-controlled storage self-storage units.
We want to thank Real America, LLC (Fishers, Indiana) for entrusting the JBI team to provide electrical in all units, including commercial spaces and basement storage units as well as the fire alarms, phone and data systems, plus television cabling.
Last but not least, congratulations to the City of Fort Wayne as they continue to make progress on their Riverfront Revitalization plan! and JBI is thankful to have played a part in this exciting plan for redevelopment.
